Protect Your Credit

BEWARE OF FRAUDULENT CALLS

The debit/credit card company already has your account information, therefore; if you receive a telephone call from them to verify a purchase they will not ask for your account information. They will only ask you to verify the information already on file.

We strongly advise that you do not give your account information to anyone calling requesting that information.

PREVENT PHISHING FRAUD

  • NEVER respond to an email asking you to verify or update your personal information.
  • Never click on links in unsolicited email that you receive.
  • Delete any unsolicited email in your email accounts - don't even open them!
  • Never tell anyone your PIN and never write it down.
  • Guard your PIN from being seen when you are completing a transaction at an ATM or in a store.
  • Never give out your personal or financial information on the phone or online unless you initiated contact.
  • Get your free credit report once per year at FreeCreditReport.com
